Privacy notice

This notice covers the ShuttleNest website (shuttlenest.com) only. Clubs that use the ShuttleNest app and portal have their own privacy notices for their members' data.

Who we are

The website is run by Jyotheeswara Malapati, the data controller for the information described here. Contact: hello@shuttlenest.com.

What we collect

• No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. The site doesn't set cookies or use analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and it loads no fonts or scripts from other websites.
• Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you choose to write.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We don't use this to identify you.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your emails to reply and to talk with you about ShuttleNest, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (or, if you're a club, steps taken at your request before entering a contract). Server logs are processed for the legitimate interest of running a secure website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we're in conversation and for up to two years afterwards, unless you become a customer, in which case they form part of our business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your information. Our email and hosting providers process it on our behalf. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict using it. Email us to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
